CHANGE MACHINE

Coin/Note Changing Unit

The Change Machine that Modular National Cleaning has designed is a simple low maintenance and secure coin changing unit.

The change machine can take notes and coins and dispense two types of coins out of the installed hoppers. This allows great flexibility as it can be set up for coins or tokens depending on the application. All coins and notes can be programmed into the unit before delivery so that the machine will work on arrival.

Construction-

For most of the construction of the change machine it is constructed of 3mm thick stainless steel, for extra protection the back door is 6mm thick. In the construction process minimal parts are used to reduces amount of joins and welds to increase the strength of the unit.

Installation-

The change machine has been designed to be simple as it comes in 2 parts. The surround which is bolted to a wall using stainless steel coach bolts. The machine is then attached to the surround.

Area Requirements-

Overall Area:

Height: 780mm

Width:700mm

Depth:700mm (allowing for door to open)

Enclosure Hole:

Height: 635mm

Width:550mm

Recommended wall thickness (100mm)

Security-

Because the change machine will be holding cash is has been designed to be as secure as a safe. At the rear of the unit access has been restricted with the use of a bi folding door. Having a setup like this requires that 2 doors be opened to gain access to the internals of the unit. In the event of an attempted break in to the unit the sites securities system will be triggered at the first door.

(security systems are not included with machine)

The unit uses 3 locking types and 4 locks in total to gain access.

The 2 outer door can use any standard lock that is preferred by the customer. (not included)

The inner door utilises 2 speciality safe locks that once removed require a tool to open the third locking mechanism.

Printing-

The system also comes with a printer. This allows the operator to keep track of the outflow of the coins. Using this does not allow for any discrepancies to occur.

The printout contains all the information required to keep track of the stock in the unit.

Power-

The unit requires one 240V AC 10 Amp standard power point.
